Yes. We offer same day laundry service in Istanbul depending on the season. Between April and October, laundry received before 3 PM will be delivered the same day. Between November and March, laundry received before 2 PM will be delivered the same day. This is why we use professional drying machines to ensure fast service.
For pickup and delivery orders, we currently accept cash payments only due to legal regulations in Turkey. However, we are working on enabling card payments again. Accepted payment methods: Cash: Turkish Lira, Euro, USD, British Pound, Other payment options: Bank transfer, Wise transfer, Credit card payments are currently only available in our store. If you will not be at your hotel during delivery, you can leave the payment at the hotel reception for our team.
No problem at all. If your departure time from the hotel does not match the pickup time, you can simply leave your laundry at the hotel reception or concierge for us. While you enjoy exploring Istanbul, our team will take care of your laundry.
No. Each customer’s laundry is washed in separate machines. We also wash light and dark colors separately to prevent color transfer. This is one of the reasons many travelers choose our laundry service for tourists in Istanbul.
